Day 1
Fly from UK airport to Delhi
- Arrival at Delhi airport our representative will meet you and transfer to hotel ...On arrival check in to hotel overnight stay at hotel. Overnight Hotel
Day 2
- today we take a tour of Old Delhi, the 17th century walled city of Shah Jahanabad, Visiting the great Jama Masjid, the principal mosque of Old Delhi. Built in the year 1656 AD by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, it is the largest & best known mosque in India. Later we walk down through Chandni Chowk, the old marketplace of Shah Jahanabad now a picturesque bazaar to reach Red Fort, built in the year 1648 by Shah Jehan. In New Delhi, we visit Raj Ghat, memorial to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. It is a simple black marble platform that marks the spot of his cremation20on 31 January 1948. Further we drive past India Gate, memorial built in the year 1931 to commemorate the Indian soldiers who died in the World War I & the Afghan Wars. The names of the soldiers who died in these wars are inscribed on the walls. Parliament House President's House, the official residence of the President of India, built in the year 1931. Until 1950 it was known as Viceroy's House & served as the residence of the Governor-General of British India. We will also visit Humayun's Tomb, memorial of Mughal Emperor Humayun, built in the year 1562. The complex is a World Heritage Site & the first example of this type of Mughal architecture in India. Qutub Minar built in the year 1206 by Qutub-ud-din Aibek. It is the tallest (72m) brick minaret in the world, an important example of Indo-Islamic Architecture. Qutub Minar & its monuments are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Day 3
Jaipur
- Morning after breakfast we will check out from Delhi hotel and transfer to Jaipur we will drop you at Delhi airport.
Day 4
Jaipur
- Moring after breakfast today we take an excursion to Amber Fort; the palace complex which stands to this date was commenced under the reign of Raja Man Singh. We take an Elephant ride(at your own) to reach the Fort situated on the hill, an overwhelming experience later we visit the City Palace, a perfect blend of Rajasthani & Mughal architecture. The centre of the palace is a seven-storied building called Chandra Palace, with fine views over the gardens & the city. Further we visit Jantar Mantar (Solar Observatory), an astronomical treasure house, with solar devices that give accurate predictions till date. We also visit Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), a five-storied structure of pink sandstone. It was built in the year 1799 so that veiled royal women could peer down the busy street market unseen by the world through its 593 stone Jharokas (mini windows). We will also visit Jal Mahal. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 5
Agra
- Checkout from hotel and proceed to Agra via Abhaneri & Fatehpur sikri , On Arrival at Jaipur check in to hotel rest of the day free at leisure.
Day 6
Lucknow
- Early morning sunrise visit Tajmahal after visiting back to hotel breakfast, Checkout from hotel and proceed to Lucknow the capital of the state of Uttar Pradesh in the first day. Lucknow is famous for its heritage and culture. On arrival, check into the hotel and soon leave to visit Bara Imambara and Chhota Imambara. Both are imposing monuments with great historical significance. Visit some sites like: Dilkusha Garden, Shah Najaf, Ram Krishna Math, Moti Mahal, La Martiniere, Chattra Manzil, also visit the old city in the evening. Spend some time indulging into shopping and trying out some ethnic dishes.
Day 7
Ayodhya
- Leave Lucknow by 7 am by car, so that you are in Ayodhya by 9.30 or 10 am, to see everything you want to see. Ideally, pack a light breakfast for the route, so that you save time. The best way to travel to Ayodhya from Lucknow is by a private car or taxi on hire. Alternatively, you could check out the UPSRTC’s schedule for buses running between the two cities. Here’s everything you must see and do while in Ayodhya: Guptar Ghat, Valmiki Ramayan Bhawan, Ram Janmabhoomi, Kanak Bhawan, Hanuman Garhi Mandir
Day 8
Varanasi
- Once you arrive in Varanasi airport or railway station, you will meet the representative who will pick you up to further accompany you to the pre-booked hotel where you check-in and then proceed on to the guided tour to the New Kashi Vishwanath Temple (BHU) also called Birla Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple, and Durga Temple. Get back to the hotel and stay overnight!
Day 9
Varanasi
- Wake up to the early morning breakfast and start with the sightseeing ventures in one of the holiest places on earth that is Varanasi. Go out to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Devi, Vishalakshi Devi, Durga Kund, Manas temple and Birla Temple. Stay overnight post return!
Day 10
Varanasi
- It’s time now to say goodbye to our travel companions. Let’s stay in touch with each other through email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and meet again on yet another memorable tour. See you all!! Tour Guests will proceed to Varanasi airport as per their schedule flight and start their return journey back home. Tour Concludes.
Day 11
Return flight from Varanasi to Delhi, then onward from Delhi to UK airports.”
