Day 1
Fly from UK airport to Geneva & Transfer to Montreux
- Arrive in Switzerland and transfer to Montreux, beautifully set on the shores of Lake Geneva. Check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure, strolling along the lakeside promenade.
Day 2
Stay in Montreux
- After breakfast, spend the day exploring Montreux and the surrounding Lake Geneva region. Optional visits include Chillon Castle, boat cruises on Lake Geneva, or exploring nearby vineyards.
Day 3
Train from Montreux to Interlaken & Stay
- When you’re looking for a bit of adventure in the Swiss Alps, Interlaken is a charming resort town providing access to mountain hiking and skiing. Located between two lakes, Thun and Brienz, there are mountain railways and funiculars with indescribable views across the valley and beyond. This holiday to Interlaken and Lucerne includes an optional trip by rail to Jungfraujoch – known as the top of Europe.

Stay in Interlaken
- After breakfast, enjoy a full day at leisure. Optional excursions include Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe, Harder Kulm, or a scenic lake cruise.
Day 5
Train from Interlaken to Chur & Stay
- After breakfast, travel to Chur, the oldest town in Switzerland. Explore the charming old town, historic streets, and mountain surroundings.
Day 6
Take Bernina Express train from Chur to Tirano & train from Tirano to Milan & Stay
- Breakfast at the hotel. Board the famous Bernina Express, one of the world’s most scenic train journeys, travelling from Chur to Tirano via breathtaking Alpine landscapes, glaciers, and viaducts. From Tirano, continue onward to Milan.
Day 7
Fly from Milan to UK Airports
- After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport or continue your onward journey.
